Carolina Panthers have Christian McCaffrey back in the mix
In the 2018 and 2019 seasons, McCaffrey had completed a 1000-1000 where he covered 1000 yards rushing and took 100 catches in consecutive seasons. Despite his disaster of a season in 2020, Panthers OC is very confident that the player will be back to his normal self this season.

Speaking via the Associated Press, Brady said, “Christian McCaffrey is ready to be Christian McCaffrey again,” When quipped about the Panthers finishing poorly without Christian last season, Brady said, “There were limitations on what you could do without Christian. I’m not necessarily saying that as an excuse, but just the reality of the time we all had with each other. And there are certain elements that Christian can do that not a lot of football players can do.”

McCaffrey last season was out from Week 3 to Week 8 for the Panthers before making a return in Week 9. Unfortunately, he got injured again after his cameo in Week 9 and sat out for the remaining games. Speaking on his return to match fitness after a long time, McCaffrey was visibly excited. “The excitement is real. It has been a long time,” McCaffrey said.
