Wilson might be set to earn nearly $49 Million dollars this season with his mammoth contract, but even he won’t be able to resist his wife’s charm. Ciara posted photos of her latest shoot on her Instagram, as she donned a vintage crewneck with a graphic of the Godfather printed onto it. Aptly fitting her outfit. Ciara captioned the post, “I’m gonna make him an offer he can’t refuse. -The God Father -”. 

While the actress paid homage to the legendary cinematic masterpiece, all eyes were focused on the stunning looks of the singer. Russell Wilson, himself, was bound to have been left with his jaw on the floor after witnessing his wife’s stunning photos in her gorgeous black air force plus long sleeve outfit.

The Russell Wilson trade that never happened 

While Wilson might not be able to resist his wife’s offer with her stunning looks, the QB certainly resisted a major trade last summer. A trade that would have seen Wilson suiting up for the Philadelphia Eagles. Reports suggested that Wilson vetoed a trade to the Eagles last summer, which was said to be a ‘done deal’. 

But using the no-trade clause in his contract with the Seahawks, Wilson forced his way to the Broncos instead. While the Eagles ended up dodging a bullet by missing out on Wilson following his disastrous year with the Broncos, the QB will surely have a different train of thought. After perhaps his worst year as a professional football player, Wilson looks to enter the 2023 season with a bang, aiming to resume his status amongst the elite QBs of the league. However, whether Wilson is able to pull off his target, is still a work in progress.
