This was after he landed on his back, and head on a sack by Josh Tupou in the second quarter of the game. NFL fans raised their concern and displayed their protest for allowing him to play despite a serious injury, earlier. Several top stars, including Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes, also posted Tweets wishing him a speedy recovery.
