All-time Lakers Legend and part-time actor, Shaquille O’Neal, reacted to Drake betting over $1 million on the Los Angeles Rams, in the upcoming Super Bowl LVI. Shaq said, “I make a lot of homeboy bets, but not for a million dollars.”

While talking to Access Hollywood, Shaq said, “Alright, that’s a lot of money… I hope he wins. Just put it this way, if he wins, it’s gonna be a good story. If he loses, it’ll be a great story also.”

Shaquille O’Neal on Drake’s big bets on the Big Rams

Shaq has no horse in Sunday’s game, rather he has found a connection to both competitors. Shaquille O’Neal said that OBJ is from LSU and so is Joe Burrow. So he has no problem with either of them winning. He is supporting both the teams and will celebrate the win, nonetheless.

Shaq himself is famous for making big bets and had revealed on Jimmy Kimmel’s show that his biggest bet ever has been around the million-dollar mark.

Drake has put up his bet on Instagram for all to see. If all his picks are right, he takes home a whopping $2 million dollars. To win it all, he needs the Rams to come out on top. OBJ has to have over 62.5 receiving yards and also score a touchdown.

OBJ is the key to Drake’s big win

After getting to know about the wagers, Beckham said, “I’ve got to come through for him…. but ultimately, bro, I just want to be able to hold that trophy up, look your brothers in the eyes like, ‘Man, we did it.’ And just feel that joy. … Honestly, I feel like if I play my game, I catch everything that comes my way, I make the plays, I stay locked in, one play at a time, all of those things are very possible.”

Drake is not just counting on his friend, OBJ, to have the night of his life, but also needs the Rams to be on top of their game. A powerful D-line, a deep offense and an experienced coach-QB pairing might just come together and make ‘rich’ Drake a little richer by the end of this weekend.

But on the other side of the 50-yard line stands 2nd year QB, Joe Burrow. Aaron Donald versus Joe Burrow will be a match-up inside of a match-up that everyone is looking forward to as the LA Rams host the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, LA.
