Following his move to the Buffaloes late last year, the former Falcons defensive back and outfielder, has experienced quite the trials. After collaborating with KFC for their latest menu, Deion Sanders was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. He’d come out of the predicament safe and sound but had to return for a follow-up surgery in the last couple of weeks.

Sanders’ latest collaboration with Chevrolet posted by the NFL WR is a reminder of another lucrative deal confirmed earlier in the month. Before Chevrolet x Sanders went public, Buffaloes’ HC broke the news of his link-up with Nike earlier in July. Prime Time posted on his IG handle about the impending collaboration with Nike. His return to the shoe magnate will see him team up with a brand he said ‘he’d never go back to’.

Although the terms and the nature of their deal are yet to go public in full capacity from either party. The reunion between Nike and Sanders can be attributed to Sanders’ move to the Buffaloes. Interestingly, back in his peak days, it was Sanders’ who outshined the NBA legend by helping Nike sell more shoes than Michael Jordan. Despite enduring a heartbreaking battle for his health, Prime Time continues to ace his role as a collaborator.
