Patrick Mahomes was in glee while responding. As per KMBC, he mentioned, “It makes me feel great. She’s going to crush it at halftime. I have family members that I think are more excited about the halftime show than the game.” But Brandon Marshall then said that he was just messing with him, which also caught Mahomes off guard.

The Super Bowl is edging closer, but both teams have some injury-related concerns. But are the lights for the Chiefs shining brightly?

KC Chiefs look optimistic ahead of a mega-magnitude battle

The injury bug haunted the Chiefs during the divisional game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. However, the franchise’s injury report seems optimistic ahead of Super Bowl LVII. While the franchise has some athletes on the list, almost all underwent full practice. WR Kadarius Toney was the sole exception, who had limited participation. Patrick Mahomes is still on the list with the ankle injury, but he went through a full practice.

On the contrary, the Philadelphia Eagles have three offensive linemen who are also on the mend. But some of them went through limited practice. However, the situation still looks optimistic for both sides, and they could be good to go ahead with the game.

Will the Chiefs stand triumphant, or the Eagles fly high? It is subject to witness.
