Donald Trump, the former President of the USA, was also among the critics of Colin Kaepernick. In an Alabama rally, Trump claimed that NFL owners should “get that son of a b*tch off the field.”

Hopes of a return to the NFL are fading for Colin Kaepernick

However, he hasn’t been called up yet by any team. As a result, it seems unlikely he’ll get his chance of redemption in the league again. The quarterback position in the league is quite stacked.
It further proves that it doesn’t make sense for any team to take a chance on a quarterback that hasn’t played in 5 years. The teams are instead looking to get a franchise-changing player via the Draft.
