The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had some enormous changes in management this offseason. Few days ago, Bruce Arians announced that he will be stepping down from his position as the head coach of the team. The news came as a shock to many. Nobody expected Arians to be done with his post so soon and after the recent success of the team. But he will remain with the club, at least for the next season. 

There is some confusion with the new post of the former HC. Previously the team announced that Arians will take on the role of senior football consultant. But a recent listing on the official Buccaneers website says something else. 

What actually is the new role of Bruce Arians with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers?

Bruce Arians stepped down from the head coach position of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on 31st March 2022. He informed the coaching staff and players a day before. The team has chosen the defensive coordinator Todd Bowles to be the new head coach. Bowels has the potential to be a great successor to Arains. The future of the team seems to be in good hands. Because the former HC will still be around in the office.
