Dak Prescott Achieves Historic Achievement in Huge Win Against Eagles

Dak Prescott has finally done it. The quarterback has made Dallas Cowboys history. Prescott has finally surpassed Tony Romo and edged his name in the history books. Dak has taken over Romo’s single-season touchdown pass record. 

Dak Prescott’s comeback season has been very fruitful. The Saturday night win against the Philadelphia Eagles Prescott found the end zone five times. A career-high for him. This game was very impressive. America’s Team dominated the Eagles. They won with a score of 26-51. The quarterback Dak Prescott was very impressive throughout the game.

The Cowboys were firing all cylinders. They wanted to make a point, and they did. Dallas wanted everyone to know that their offense is the best in the league. With such domination against Philadelphia, they made their point.

The most impressive on the field on Saturday was Dak Prescott. He completed 21 of his 27 passes for 295 yards. With zero interceptions. If that wasn’t impressive enough, the quarterback also threw five touchdowns. 

Dak entered the game with 32 touchdowns throughout the season. He was four touchdowns behind Tony Romo. Romo threw 36 touchdowns in the 2007 season for the Cowboys. Many fans speculated that Prescott would take over the record, but his chances were looking thin. The Cowboys’ QB came to the field determined.

Not only did he tie Romo’s record, but he also surpassed it. With his fifth TD pass, Prescott made Dallas Cowboys history. The single-season TD pass thrown record now belongs to Dak Prescott. With this amazing record, Prescott also gave Dallas a dominating win. He helped the Cowboys to defeat the Eagles in Week 18.

The Cowboys walking into the playoffs

The Dallas Cowboys have clinched a berth in the playoffs. With an impressive 12-5 record, they lead the NFC East division. After losing to the Cardinals last week, the Cowboys were determined. Before the Week 17 loss, they were on a four-game winning streak. The loss did not shake them that much because Dallas is back to winning ways.

The dominating win over the Eagles reminded everyone why they’re called America’s Team. Dallas is on its way to winning the Super Bowl this year. With players like Dak Prescott ready for the playoffs, the post-season will be interesting, to say the least. The Cowboys have the potential to win it all.
