The Dallas Cowboys have had the hype since the season began. Despite not having Dak Prescott hold the reins, the franchise remained a strong contender in the game. Jerry Jones picked out some top-tier athletes, and the Doomsday Defense has remained very efficient. The athletes are undoubtedly incredible, but the franchise cornerback has unmatched confidence in himself.

In the past two years, Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs remained a massive success for the franchise. He might be relatively new in the sport, but he is not ruling out being one of the most confident and outstanding players. Diggs kept him at the top of the list when asked who the best defensive back in the league was.

As per The Athletic Insider Jon Machota, The Dallas Cowboys CB mentioned, “I just would never put another corner in front of me. I wouldn’t say another corner is better than me.”

Trevon Diggs commended himself as the best in the game, displaying sheer self-confidence. So far this season, the cornerback has 13 passes deflected and three interceptions. In a breakout season two, the 24-year-old had a league-high 11 interceptions and 21 passes defended. They also named him to his first Pro Bowl and All-Pro teams.

Diggs gave an unsurprising answer. But he could be right and has confidence in himself. The CB has a lot of years left in his career, and he could develop into one of the defensive greats in the game. The Cowboys would head into their next game against the Colts. But there seems to be a problem with Trevon Diggs.

Will the Dallas Cowboys miss out on top athletes?

The Dallas Cowboys would have a big game against the Indianapolis Colts at AT&T Stadium. The Week 13 game went to another level and solidified the Blue Stars’ chances in the playoffs. However, some franchise athletes are listed as questionable for the Sunday night game. But it could also be a boon for the team.

As per the latest injury report, Trevon Diggs, Michael Gallup, Anthony Barr, and more are listed as questionable for the game. Diggs and Gallup missed practices after sustaining an illness and did not practice on Wednesday and Thursday. However, the Blue Star is confident that everyone would likely participate against Indianapolis.
