But the fans’ joy was short-lived. The Patriots went on to suffer a 14-33 loss. While Zappe had an excellent start, he could not keep that momentum going. New England was unable to score during the second half of the game. Currently standing at 3-4, and at the bottom of the AFC East, Belichick’s boys have their work cut out for them.
