In case Allen doesn’t play against the Vikings this Sunday, the backup quarterback and one of the most experienced QBs out there, Case Keenum will replace him in the line-up. Notably, Keenum has not played in a while and is currently on the verge of playing against his former team. Safe to say, he has to give his absolute best in the game; otherwise, the Bills are going to lose their second straight game of the season for the first time.
How did Allen suffer the injury?
Meanwhile, many didn’t think Allen’s injury was that serious at first. However, it’s causing some serious concerns among the Bills. Notably, during the last drive in the Jets game, defensive end Bryce Huff hit Allen on his right arm as he was about to throw the ball. After that hit, Allen fumbled the ball, but the Bills would recover it. Then, in the next play, the QB did not look comfortable while attempting a pass, as he was constantly shaking his arm.

After that 20-17 loss against the Jets, Allen was very critical of his own performance. “It’s tough to win in this league when you’re playing a good team and your quarterback plays like s*it,” Allen said during his post-game press conference.
He talked about making bad decisions in the game, which cost them the game. Notably, Allen has been excellent this season and is playing like an MVP. Against the Jets, he did not have a touchdown for the first time this season. So far in 8 games, he threw 2403 yards for 19 touchdowns. Because of Allen’s amazing form, many consider Buffalo as the favorites. Currently, they are sitting at the top of the AFC East division with 6 wins and 2 losses. However, the Dolphins and the Jets are also closing in on them, as they also have a pretty good winning record.
