“I defend my guys on everything, man. We all know it is a pretty dense business. There is a lot that happens, a lot that goes on here, just like any other job, you want to be happy and you want guys, once you have gained that respect, you want to be treated with that type of respect.” 

Aaron Rodgers has the right to demand more

Adams added that while he has an idea about the situation between the two sides, he cannot further elucidate on the conflict out of respect. But there are certain demands that Rodgers wants the franchise to meet.

Given how long Rodgers has been with the franchise, what he has accomplished, and everything he has done to elevate the Packers, Adams backs him entirely.
