Jalen Hurts has suddenly become the talk of the town. Despite the Eagles losing 38-35 to Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl, earlier this year, the performance by their rising star QB was enough to convince them of him being worthy of a massive payout. The Eagles recently signed Hurts to a 5-year $255 million extension, which made him the highest-paid player in NFL history. While Hurts’ performance makes him worthy enough of such a contract, a big chunk of credit goes to Nicole Lynn, the agent who has worked relentlessly for her client in the NFL. After helping Hurts bag the blockbuster contract in the league, $5 million worth Lynn is on her way to stardom with a lucrative offer to put her in the limelight.

Lynn signed up as Hurts’ agent as soon as his college career ended. And ever since, Lynn has been working to build the QB’s image with an all-women management team.

Being a black woman and an agent in the NFL, it has not been an easy road for Lynn. The team includes Chantal Romain and Shakeemah Simmons- Winter in communications, Jenna Malphrus in endorsement management, and Rachel Everett in marketing.

While the 5 women will continue to help improve the rising QB’s stature in the league, for Lynn, having a TV series on her own life shows how far she has come from her days of doubts and criticisms as an agent, to become a super agent.
