“Breakups are never easy,” said Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen in her recent conversation with Vogue Brazil. It can be difficult to call it quits after thirteen long years of togetherness. Even more so, if you share two beautiful children together. Bündchen and seven-time Super Bowl Champion, Tom Brady, officially announced their divorce on Oct. 28, 2022.

As both parties move on with life, fresh romance rumors have started doing the rounds. Brady was recently spotted with another supermodel at a hotel while Bündchen indulges in special training sessions. 

Gisele Glows After Separation In Her Gym Fit 

On August 16, Gisele Bündchen, 43 years old, was spotted at a gym in Miami, accompanied by her 10-year-old daughter, Vivian, and her jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente. During their time at the fitness facility, Gisele sported a black top paired with matching leggings. Her blonde hair was casually tied in a loose, low ponytail as she engaged in conversation with the fitness trainer. The photos captured the proud mother-of-two in her element as she balanced her fitness routine with her family responsibilities.

After her separation, she moved to Miami with her children. Being an active person she enjoys the sunny weather and spends considerable time in outdoor activities. Being there also makes visiting Brazil more convenient. Her sisters are able to see her frequently and that is something the supermodel appreciates a lot.

Gisele Bündchen is no stranger to jiu-jitsu training and has remained dedicated to her sessions. Recent evidence of her training journey emerged when Gisele was seen at Joaquim’s exclusive Miami gym on August 12. During this outing, Gisele’s gym ensemble featured a white sleeveless t-shirt paired elegantly with grey leggings. Complementing her workout look, she sported white sneakers and carried a sizable blue reusable water bottle. 

After Growing Together The Couple Grew Apart

“Sometimes you grow together, sometimes you grow apart,” said Gisele previously as she opened up about her divorce from NFL sensation Tom Brady in an interview with Vanity Fair, which was published in March. The couple had been together for log thirteen years before deciding to move their separate ways. 

“It’s a dance. It’s a balance.” said the Brazilian supermodel trying to explain the dynamics of relationships. She admits it has not been easy for her to move on. Initially, the couple “wanted things together,” but later realized that they “wanted different things.” The decision to move apart was a mature one and does not alter the love and understanding the couple still harbors for each other. Ever since the breakup, she has shifted her primary focus to her health, staying active, and her children in hopes of coping with the situation. 

In recent times, almost a year after their separation announcement, Tom Brady has been rumored to be sparking romance with Russian supermodel Irina Shayk, while Bündchen has been seen bonding with her jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente. Both parties look seemingly happy as they quest for their new “dance” and “balance”.
