In a recently deleted Instagram story, Hopkins shared the song ‘Buffalo solider’ along with a picture of himself in dreadlocks. This might be a hint by the WR about the possibility of the WR signing with the Buffalo Bills.

If Hopkins joins the Bills, they would have a scary offensive front coming into the 2023 season. Hopkins would join the likes of QB Josh Allen and wideout Stefon Diggs. If the Hopkins-Diggs duo becomes a reality, then it would be a mountain to climb for other teams while facing the Bills.

As per reports, the Cardinals are looking for a second-round pick along with something of a similar value to trade Hopkins. But it may not be the case, as experts feel that it will be closer to a fifth or sixth- pick, similar to the likes of what the Houston Texans got for Brandin Cooks. This may be because of the injuries Hopkins has suffered in the past. Along with this, Hopkins is 30 years old, so his age may become a factor in how the trade goes for the Cardinals.

Is Hopkins rumored to join the Patriots?

Recently, there were speculations of Hopkins being traded to the New England Patriots in the current off-season. But the Patriots may not be looking ahead to give up too much to acquire the 30-year-old receiver. 

Furthermore, the Patriots are not the only ones with a keen interest in acquiring the WR. Dallas Cowboys have also shown interest in following the player in hopes of making him a part of their team.

All in all, it will be an interesting period for fans to see where Hopkins lands finally. If he is to join the Bills with Diggs, then the Bills might have one of the best offenses lined up for the 2023 season, perhaps even a Super Bowl contention-worthy season.
