Everyone has friends who support other rival teams in sports. And it gets even trickier if that friend is also a player for that team. The rivalry gets heated and more significantly personal. San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel just experienced that first-hand, and he has to be fired up after this.

During the 31-14 wild-card round domination of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers by the Cowboys, an over-enthusiastic Dallas Nation supporter may have taken a step too far. The said fan pulled off the ultimate trash-talk and had Deebo on FaceTime during the game at Raymond James Stadium on Monday night.

Deebo Samuel got the Cowboys warning ahead of the next matchup

The fan, who later came out as Deebo’s friend, had the rest of the crowd wondering if it was actually the Niners wideout. However, once the Cowboys crowd realized that it was him, they started with the trash-talking well ahead of time.

We coming for you, boy,” the crowd presented the ultimatum to Deebo. However, Twitter fans of both sides didn’t think it was a good idea to taunt and mock the beast, especially after what he did to Dallas last year.

Some fans appreciated the Dallas flex. However, most were weary of another 110 combined offensive yards and 26 yards dashing TD to come in the way of Dallas’ Super Bowl dreams.

Deebo also has CMC & Mr Relevant on his side to make things easier

Deebo Samuel recorded 133 yards of receiving topped with a touchdown in their 41-23 wild-card round win against the Seahawks. He also rushed the ball for 32 yards. Also, with George Kittle and new addition Christian McAffrey, the 49ers are an offensive force to reckon with. Let’s not forget Brandon Aiyuk, who had Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs all over the place in their playoff game last season.

Dallas looks ready. However, the biggest thing the Cowboys have to look out for is Deebo’s new quarterback, Brock Purdy. Purdy has had one of the greatest QB starts in the history of the NFL, having scored two or more touchdowns in every game he has started this season after Jimmy G’s season-ending injury.

Purdy had a 3 touchdown and zero-pick game against Seattle and looks to be the next rendition of Tom Brady. And with Deebo’s added fuel from his friend’s trash-talking, Dak Prescott and Co will have to put up an equally impressive show this week.
