Deion Sanders throws a Colorado player out of the gym
Coach Sanders is a person who believes in discipline in all forms. Be it training or wearing the right gear, he is someone who has a keen eye for detail. In a recent clip, Deion Sanders is seen throwing a Colorado player out of the gym. This is because the player was wearing the wrong kind of socks during weightlifting. This was a no-no in Sander’s book of discipline, as he asked the player to go out and wear the right gear for weight training.

Attention to detail in all things. If you can’t get the socks right, odds are good that the reads or the coverage won’t be right either. Blows my mind that people have a problem with this. You want to be an individual, go play singles tennis.

Uniformity. If you’ve ever been part of something you know this is important. Discipline. When motivation goes away discipline Carries the day. He is building a disciplined team of brothers.

While there were other fans who thought that the Coach was being a little too harsh with the players.
Dress code to lift weights? I’ll concede that point I guess. But for socks?! Give me a break lol.
