It has been a challenging period for the Baltimore Ravens with the absence of their tight end. Mark Andrews has been missing from the field for a considerable amount of time, having already dealt with a knee injury last season. To the disappointment of fans, it seemed like another injury cropped up ahead of the 2023 NFL season, which hampered the 28-year-old’s practices before the new season.

Owing to this, Andrews has missed six practice matches in a row. It is suspected that the tight end took a leave due to the injury for a period of six weeks. However, recent reports suggest that Andrews will be back on the field soon.

Due to his absence from the field till September 4th, 2023, it was reported that Andrews had been out because of an injury. However, the Ravens kept the matter confidential and did not disclose information about the nature or the severity of the injury. That is until the Head Coach of the Baltimore Ravens announced some good news regarding Andrews’ concerns.

According to a Twitter post, Baltimore Ravens journalist Jamison Hensley brought forward the information of Andrews’ return to the public. Head Coach, John Harbaugh, stated his tight end’s return to the field on Wednesday.

This stands as a positive for the Ravens as they prepare to dive into the upcoming season and play against the Houston Texans on September 11.
