According to People, a source close to Rodgers, confirmed, “It was an amicable split; it just wasn’t working. They’re very different people with busy careers and there were obstacles that they couldn’t surmount.”

The one-sided banter between Butkus and Rodgers began in January 2022. Butkus started a campaign to get his Twitter account verified. And after finally getting a blue-tick mark beside his name, he went after Rodgers.
