NFL franchise Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf finds himself lost in the echo following the departure of elder statesmen quarterback Russell Wilson and linebacker Bobby Wagner. While Wilson will now be playing as the starting QB for the Denver Broncos and Wagner becoming a free agent, Metcalf remains the lone superstar player left in Seattle. He did share a special bond with both Wilson and Wagner and never imagined being without them on his team.

While talking with NBA legend Kevin Garnett on a recent edition of his show, KG Certified, Metcalf did share his feelings. He discusses Wilson’s departure while stating, “I first heard it when I was at a Gatorade shoot. I was in shock because I didn’t think it was going to happen.” He also adds that both coach Pete Carroll and GM John Schneider reached out to him until later on the same night.
