Appearing on the Pat McAfee show, former NFL WR Chad Johnson, widely known as Chad Ochocinco, left audiences intrigued as he shed light on his pre-game ritual, involving an unexpected performance booster, Viagra. Johnson further admitted that Viagra consumption has increased his on-field performance.

When asked by the co-host of the show, AJ Hawk, ”Chad you really take Viagra before games.” Johnson replied, “You don’t take the whole pill, you take half a pill and a Redbull before games and it’s a performance enhancer. Normally think about this when people take Viagra it’s a performance enhancer when you horizontally right they help my performance, vertically understand me but you only take half a pill increases the blood flow with the increase in blood flow the explosion and everything else.”

Ochocinco’s NFL career

Primarily donning the jerseys of the Cincinnati Bengals and the New England Patriots, Johnson showcased consistent prowess throughout his 11-year tenure. Moreover, Johnson was known for his crazy moments, like in June 2007, Johnson ran a race against a horse that was telecasted on national TV, and in one of the events, because of Johnson’s stint of tweeting during live games, NFL banned players from using Twitter before the game.   

But keeping aside his crazy and controversial moments, Chad Johnson was Selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft after this Johnson successfully etched his name in franchise history with an impressive record of 751 catches, 10,783 receiving yards, and 66 touchdowns, remaining unparalleled to this day. Today, while his days in NFL are behind him, Chad Johnson remains a vivid figure in the world of sports and entertainment, where his name shines in the NFL’s golden books.
