Former President Donald Trump’s Favorite Author Makes Controversial Statement Regarding Colin Kaepernick NFL Return

Colin Kaepernick is going anywhere and everywhere to get an NFL job. And he is putting himself out there. So people will comment. And especially people around the former president have often made controversial statements. The former president himself made some statements over the years that were questionable to say the least. Recently, an author who claims he is Donald Trump’s favorite, made some rather eyebrow raising comments about Colin Kaepernick.
The Author, named Nick Adams, tweeted out that children should look up to people like former Broncos QB Tim Tebow or tech mogul Elon Musk. And they should grow up to be like former 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick or former president Barack Obama.

Raise your sons to be like Tim Tebow and Elon Musk, not Colin Kaepernick and Barack Obama!

A different version of this could be just teaching kids to learn good things from all of the above gentlemen. But maybe that is too diplomatic a take and no one would actually pay attention to it. And like a broken clock tells the right time twice a day, the comparison kind of fits. Although, most of his commentary seemingly doesn’t.
Tim Tebow deserves another shot in the NFL, Colin Kaepernick doesn't deserve another shot in the USFL.

To elaborate, the closest player to Colin Kaepernick in terms of ability to play and chances provided, is Tim Tebow. The elusive quarterback was made to exit the league even after proving that physically he was cleared to play.
“When I Did The Deal With Nike, Their Value Increased By $6 Billion”: Why It Makes Perfect Business Sense For NFL Teams To Hire Colin Kaepernick
And even Kap has time and again proved that he can sling the ball with the best of them. But no team is ready to take the chance on this QB that once reached the Super Bowl. Even in his latest interview with “I am Athlete,” he reiterates that he doesn’t wanna play for the sake of playing. Kaepernick says that he competes to win, and win championships. His plan in the NFL is to win the Super Bowl. That is why he wants to come back.
These Comments Might Just Motivate Colin Kaepernick
And probably like all other top-tier athletes, comments like the one Nick Adams made only motivates to develop further. If Kap somehow succeeds in coming back, and actually wins the whole thing, all of this criticism will be down in the rubble. The more people hate you, the sweeter it is to prove them wrong.
Interesting how the same people that are praising Tim Tebow for his values outside of football, see Colin Kaepernick's values as a distraction. pic.twitter.com/aqbDpZZXci

But chances for Kap coming back don’t seem too high. He is actually succeeding in getting his voice heard. And the issues he once stood for, almost individually, have become household social issues. Everyone talks about them and even propagates those values. So, in the larger scheme, maybe Colin Kaepernick does not need the NFL job for a great legacy.

Although if we go back and see, he was a quarterback first, before anything. And football was what he loved most. That was what he became known for. And then all of the other things came. The world we live in, we can’t ignore it. Although one should not need to give up everything just because they have a certain belief about a social issue.
Colin Kaepernick kneeled, and later everyone followed. So maybe Nick Adams is a little late to tell people not to emulate the former 49ers quarterback.
