Recently, the veteran spoke about his intentions to emphasize the MVP contentions next year. This unexpected remark garnered mixed reactions from the NFL world, including celebrities like Rob Gronkowski, who started a new wave across social media.

The former tight end didn’t mince his words after countering a question on Rodgers’ comments about playing in the NFL. For him, the ultimate goal is to win the Super Bowl and help the team achieve this feat. Gronk appeared in the recent episode of ‘Up & Adams Show’, where he spoke about a wide range of issues including his future in Pro-football.

The 33-year-old athlete mentioned that he agreed with everything that Rodgers had said. However, the MVP comment forced him to speak up. “I’m totally fine with everything he said, except one major part — and that’s the MVP. [It should be] ‘I think I can win another Super Bowl,’” Gronkowski said on the show, per FOX News. “That would’ve been totally fine. Like bro, why are you thinking MVP? Don’t you want Super Bowls? Super Bowls are, I think, five times greater than an MVP award,” he added.

“Like, we all know you won the MVP a few times now, but everyone would know even more how many more Super Bowls you’ve won than MVPs,” he added.
