The Cincinnati Bengals lost the biggest game of the year to the Los Angeles Rams in SoFi. And Eli Apple, as many of his opponents pointed out, was a big part of the game but not in a good way. Apple is subjected to a lot of jokes lately after giving away two touchdowns to Cooper Kupp. He has become the punchline of the league after the Super Bowl 56 game.

Apple got drafted by the New York Giants in 2016. Since then, he has been one of the biggest trash talkers in the league. He has a history of ego and attitude. The 26-year-old corner also had a spat with the Giants coaching staff back in 2017, which led to his suspension for detrimental conduct. He has had several other confrontations with opponents as well as his teammates.
