“The Catch” has been etched in every Giants fan’s memory, and as it turns out the 2020s sexiest man alive, Michael B. Jordan, is no exception. Michael B. Jordan appeared on the Eli Manning Show to talk about his directorial debut with “Creed 3”, but ended up fulfilling and recreating one of his most vivid memories of the legendary moment.

Recreating dreams
Michael B. Jordan has been a New York Giants fan ever since he was a kid, and the Giants did every possible thing to make him feel like a part of the team. They even presented him with a space in the locker room, and right there was his “4” jersey waiting for him, with the initials MBJ. Jordan revealed that he just followed in his uncle’s footsteps when it comes to his love for Giants, being a New York kid also helped along the way.

But before doing that, the legendary quarterback Eli Manning and former Giants center Shaun O’Hara wanted to test out the new kid on the block. They put MBJ through a couple of catching drills, eventually building him up for the big moment. And Jordan was soaking every bit of the experience.

“This is a dream come true, to be on the field with you two, reliving and remaking these plays,” Jordan said “I’m gonna take this with me the rest of my life,” he added.
MBJ seemed visibly ready for the big moment, acing the catch on his first attempt, however, he did end up using both hands.
“I’m not gonna lie: I didn’t think you’d be able to make some of these catches, But that was one take. This is all live. This is legit. And you showed up,” said Manning congratulating the film star.

The Eli Manning show has been a huge success on YouTube as fans still get to somehow keep in touch with one of their favorite quarterbacks. Not to mention, the fact that Manning has embraced the entertainment role.
Other than Michael B. Jordan, Manning has had a wide array of guests on his show, from Pete Davidson, and Derek Jeter all the way up to Jimmy Fallon. The show has been just as successful as Eli Manning’s professional career and hopefully continues entertaining fans.
