The Carolina Panthers defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in terrible fashion. It’s undoubtedly a bleak outlook for the Bucs and their seven-time Super Bowl champion quarterback, Tom Brady. Brady is undoubtedly affected by losing to a club that is going through offensive difficulties. The NFL MVP, though, treats it like a poor game and makes a strong effort to prepare for the next obstacle.

On his weekly podcast, where he gives his views and insights after matchups, he bared it all after a rough game. On ‘Let’s Go!’, the Tampa Bay shot-caller acknowledged that the game did not go as the team planned it. There were difficulties and poor mistakes involved. But, just because the Pewter Pirates lost this game, does not mean the team will go down. In fact, Tom Brady brought up that he never quit in his life. “I’ve never quit on anything I’ve always tried as hard as I could to overcome the adversities.”

When the host asked him if he ever looked back on the 2007 and 2018 seasons, the 45-year-old QB gave honest answers. He remarked that sometimes players have to play games where circumstances do not favor them. However, players also play games where everything works for them. “Everything is challenging you and everything’s evolving. And um, you know you deal with the circumstances as they are. You deal with them with the right character.”

Then he moved on to speak about how having the correct values and supportive teammates around can help bring out the best. “You’ll start to develop an inner fortitude and a resilience and a belief in your character and I think that brings out the best in all of us.”

The game where Tom Brady and Co failed to deliver

Terrific Tom came out of retirement in March 2022. The struggle between the Buccaneers and the deplorable Panthers soured what was supposed to be a year where the NFL GOAT pursued his eighth Super Bowl victory. Although Tampa Bay faced a franchisee who has an interim coach and an unstable QB, they failed to turn up.
