However, in the defense of Coach Prime, they cut the clip out of context. Prior to the admission, Sanders mentioned the lack of investment by boosters in the HBCU. In this case, it was the lack of support which became the subject of the 55-year-old’s harsh assessment.

The University of Colorado Boulder decided to take a gamble on the interesting figure. Auburn Tigers also went another way after a drawn-out screening for a coach. They hired Hugh Freeze. The 53-year-old coach has superior experience to Sanders as he spent 10 years as a coach. He was formerly with Ole Miss for 5 years, where he amassed a 39-25 record.
