Tom Brady has finally hit the brakes and is sailing off into the sunset. Since he was the subject of speculation about another NFL run, no one saw it coming. After retiring from the job after 23 years, many believe it to be a hard call. As Brady was a workhorse, it could be a difficult transition. To cope with that, a couple’s therapist made some recommendations for the NFL GOAT.

After a dreadful season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tom Brady hung up his cleats. It is not an easy task to leave something one is passionate about. To confront the issues, psychotherapist Dr. Jenn Mann claims misery may strike TB12 soon after choosing retirement.

The doctor suggested that he should take up therapy sessions to deal with a “very difficult transition.” Since the athlete touched peak glory in the sport, it could be challenging.

Dr. Mann described the shift from a daily process in which sports calculate everything from nutrition to mental energy. However, leaving it behind or being abruptly excluded from it could be a painful change. It was probably the reason why he came back just 40 days after announcing his retirement decision in the first place.
