The Jacksonville Jaguars have trumpeted the treasury since Shad Khan took over as owner in 2012. When the Jaguars reached the AFC Championship Game in 2017-18, they felt solid. Yet, they were star-crossed and have remained as such ever since. Even Warren Sharp pointed out the franchise’s monetary efforts in free agency since 2012, and the numbers are gut-wrenching.

Fox Sports: NFL on Twitter shared, Out of all 32 teams, the Jaguars have spent the most money [$1.64 Billion] during free agency over the last decade. They have also lost the most games.”

Moreover, as per FTW, no one can match the Jacksonville Jaguars’ splurge in terms of total money and guarantees. The Jaguars forewent roughly $330 million in contract value and $195,150,000 in guaranteed money. They also signed 16 players.

A user claimed that the Jaguars, Lions, and the Jets remain the NFL’s bottom-tier teams.

A user suggested that it gives the impression that they were constantly gaining high-level talent, but were handing out bags to players like Nick Foles.

A user said that spending is the outcome of loss, rather than the other way around.

A user made an update to the Jaguars’ logo to make their point.

According to one user, the Jags must overpay free agents in order to bring down to Duvall. So maybe that explains why the figure is enormous.

A user blasted and said that the ownership is dreadful. Even the QB play is atrocious.

One user stated that they’re doing it solely to compete for another first choice.

The Jacksonville Jaguars had an unpleasant time last year. But will they show up and win this year? It is subject to witness.
