Former Buffalo Bills GM Doug Whaley talked about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who are currently on the list of top teams to win the Super Bowl this season. Doug singled out Tom Brady for the team’s success while sidelining Buccaneers’ General Manager Jason Licht.

Recently, Doug Whaley appeared on Sirius XM NFL Radio, where he said“This is one of those teams where the way it’s constructed is, ‘We’re all-in with Tom, and then when Tom leaves, we’re going to have to start from Square 1. Everybody likes to say, well, we’re going to reload. I think it’s going to be a teardown and let’s rebuild.”
