Quarterback Joe Burrow entered the NFL with much promise and considerable gusto. Being drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals with the first overall pick of the 2020 NFL Draft, Burrow was tasked with carrying a team that last made the Playoffs back in 2015 to glory.

Although this was no small task, Burrow got to work right away and made a steady start in the league. But just as he started finding his footing, an injury limited him to the sidelines, forcing him to miss out on the last 6 games of the season.

Now looking primed to return for the start of the upcoming season, Joe Burrow will be hoping to improve his record in the NFL. But given the lack of weapons around him, he sure will need reinforcements.

And recently, Johnson took to Twitter to get Joe Burrow and the Bengals fans pumped for the upcoming season. With the new league year starting on March 17th, the free agency market is officially open and the Bengals are among the franchises looking to strengthen their receiving corps.

And among the best wide receivers who are currently free agents is former Detroit Lions player Kenny Golladay. Thus, with the wideout still available, Johnson may be taking matters into his own hand.

“Joe, I know Golladay can see my tweets, I’ll take care of the receiving corp & you handle the interior help behind closed doors, I love you man,” tweeted Johnson.

With Burrow looking set to return from his knee injury just in time for the upcoming season, having a player like Golladay will do the QB’s confidence a world of good.
