In what is to be the biggest white collar boxing spectacle in history, the former 5-division World Champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. and YouTube sensation Logan Paul are set to square off at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.

The exhibition bout will take place on June 6th, and just like any other boxing event, the exhibition will have an undercard. So far, one undercard fight has been locked in as Badou Jack vs Jean Pascal.

But fans will be in for another treat as former NFL wide receiver Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson was added to the card as well. His opponent, though, was not named at the time.

New reports suggest an opponent was recently selected for Ochocinco; however, the Wide Receiver may not be very comfortable going through with the fight after having seen his opponent.

Ochocinco reluctant to fight his teammate

Ochocinco, a 6-time Pro Bowler, has always been a big fan of boxing. In fact, during his playing career, the wide out would go and train at Mayweather’s boxing club in the offseason.

Now 43, the wide receiver has never featured in such a massive exhibition match before. But there’s no reason to believe that he won’t be ready for the fight.

According to a report by Mike Florio, a fighter was picked for Ochocinco to take on. And it was none other than his former Cincinnati Bengals teammate Pacman Jones.

Jones, a former cornerback, played only one season with Ochocinco back in 2010. But it looks like Ochocinco is not ready to take on the 37-year-old Jones.

There is still a chance that Jones could wind up on the card though. But then a different celebrity opponent is likely to be selected for the bout.

Floyd Mayweather keen to maintain his unbeaten streak

Former professional boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr, 44, is arguably one of the best to ever step in the ring. Mayweather went undefeated throughout his boxing career with an incredible record of 50 wins for no losses.

Logan Paul, on the other hand, is a big-time social media star who has developed an interest in the art of boxing over the past few years.

Having suffered an astonishing defeat at the hands of the YouTube star KSI, Paul carries an 0-1 record with him. And that is certainly something he will be hoping to build on come fight night.
