The postseason hopes of the Denver Broncos have fallen. The franchise experienced a setback this year, and there is little optimism about making a rebound. The positivity did not last. They fired Nathaniel Hackett after 15 games. The franchise is now looking for a new HC, and an American diplomat has entered the team’s search group.

Following some seismic shifts, many expected the Broncos to shine this season. The inclusions of Nathaniel Hackett and Russell Wilson heightened the exuberance to new heights. However, the team has endured some of its worst seasons to date. Following a significant shift in the coaching staff, the team is pressing the reset button, and Condoleezza Rice has joined the search for the next head coach.

The American diplomat’s involvement in the process remains an unanswered question. However, given her association as a member of the inaugural College Football Playoff selection committee, It could give some context to Rice joining the search.

But after firing Nathaniel Hackett, the franchise wasted no time announcing its interim head coach.
