Condoleezza Rice’s inclusion in the Broncos’ quest for the next coach may appear as an unusual choice. She was Secretary of State under President George W. Bush from 2005 to 2009. Rice is the team’s minority owner after joining the ownership group following the franchise’s deal this year.

His previous NFL experience was as the Ravens’ special teams coordinator, which he held from 2008 to 2018. With them, Rosburg won Super Bowl XLVII.

While Jerry Rosburg lacks head coaching experience, he will now take over for the Broncos’ final two games.
