“Eventually. That’s always the goal, like I said, as a competitor, you know, I’m trying to do things to keep advancing my situation,” Hamlin told Strahan, as reported by ESPN.

But the Bills’ safety then pivoted towards his gratefulness for the second lease of life he has got. So according to Hamlin, he is putting his return in the hands of God.

“But I’m allowing that to be in God’s hands. I’m just thankful he gave me a second chance,” Hamlin added.

So, the safety did not put a deadline on his return to the field. But the mere suggestion that he is thinking about it is enough for the fans to rejoice.
