For the past 12 years, the model and the QB have been married happily and have been together for 14 years. Despite all the ebbs and flows, they continue to thrive.

Gisele Bundchen invited Vogue into her verdant Boston residence. They interviewed her as part of their “73 Questions” series. The Brazilian supermodel had to answer 73 questions in a matter of seconds while escorting the interviewer around the residence. Tom Brady also made a brief appearance while practicing his putting green swings.

After TB12’s appearance, the interviewer asked some questions regarding their relationship. Her vivid memory of Brady proposing in 2008 was her most enticing nugget regarding Brady. He’d just recovered from surgery to fix an ACL and MCL tear. Although she even yelled at Brady when he bent down to propose.

Bundchen said, “when I got there, the whole apartment had candles and rose petals everywhere. And then he went down on his knees and I’m like ‘get up!’ because he’d just had surgery and had like three staph infections. I’m like, ‘what are you doing?!’ He’s like ‘I gotta go on my knees.’ I’m like ‘No, no, no! Get up! Please!’ So um… and here we are.”

Gisele Bundchen opens up about her first meet and struggles alongside Tom Brady

Tom and Gisele met in 2006 at the West Village wine bar Turks & Frogs through an acquaintance. As the model told Vanity Fair, it was love at first sight for the model. Bundchen mentions that she has never seen a more charming grin. They had interaction for three hours. Gisele had to return home for the holidays, but she didn’t feel like going.

Tom’s and Gisele’s new relationship nearly ended when he learned he would become a father, but with Bridget Moynahan’s child. The news drove the model to call off her engagement with the QB. Nonetheless, she sees that incident as a gift, and their connection grew strong. She was by Tom’s side, and she also looked after Jack Moynahan, as well as Vivian Lake and Benjamin Rein.
