For ex-Dallas Cowboys star Ezekiel Elliott, the NFL offseason has been a roller coaster of emotions. He was cut off from the team after spending his entire career as their RB. With the 27-year-old RB being exiled, the Cowboys have added another $10.9 million in cap space, creating $21.4 million in total for further negotiation with players. And with this development, the team may decide to sign RB Tony Pollard an extension, who had a breakout season in 2022, further solidifying the Cowboys’ decision to move on from Ezekiel Elliott.

Amidst the mystery surrounding his NFL journey, the  27-year-old RB recently also settled a lawsuit over a dog attack. But despite all the turbulence, it does not seem to deter Ezekiel Elliott from showcasing his physical prowess as his quest for a new home continues.

Despite being with the Cowboys since being drafted in 2016, Ezekiel Elliott had the worst season of his career last year. This led to the Cowboys shifting their faith from him onto Tony Pollard, who broke the 1,000-yard barrier for the first time with a career record of 193 carries. And most recently, Elliott also settled a lawsuit filed against him in 2021, seeking $1 million in damages after his dog allegedly left a woman with “severe and permanent injuries”. But all these troubles do not seem to hinder the RB in showcasing his prowess as an athlete on the field.
