Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have had quite a portfolio in gaining property and assets. They often make asset sales and purchases throughout the States. But one of their properties in Los Angeles had an intrinsic reason for putting $40 million and took six years to construct. The sole reason was for Brady’s elder son, Jack Moynahan.

Tom Brady and Gisele’s love for Jack knows no bounds. The couple often spends time with Jack and their kids to make some fun family memories. After her breakup with TB12, Bridget Moynahan gave birth to Jack, Bündchen’s stepson. However, Gisele adores all of Brady’s children equally. When Gisele declared she loved Jack as if he were her own, the media went crazy. But for a mother, the affection endures.

Gisele Bündchen’s recent well wishes to Jack on her birthday can be the perfect example of how much the supermodel and mother adore the kids.

Take a Look into Tom Brady and Gisele’s LA Mansion

According to the Los Angeles Times“The house features reclaimed ceiling beams, salvaged tile, and antique doors. The 18,298 square feet of living space includes a center hall, a den, a library/study, a gym, a sauna, five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, loggias, covered terraces, balconies, and garage space. There are seven fireplaces.” For $20 million, the custom-built French Provincial Chteau was supposed to be environmentally conscious. They lived in that house for four years as an off-season getaway. Architect Richard Landry designed the four-acre estate.

However, in 2014, the couple sold the property to music tycoon Dr. Dre for $40 million. The NFL power couple made a stunning $20 million profit on the transaction. It was his first significant purchase since selling Beats Electronics and Beats Music to Apple for $3 billion. Brady is now developing a new abode in one of Miami’s poshest areas and would spend the rest of his life around the Bay.
