Tom Brady has disrupted the NFL with two consecutive wins post his internet-breaking divorce announcement. While Brady focuses on getting back to his glory days on the field, his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen also seems to be mastering a sport of her choice. 

Just a month after announcing their divorce, the Brazilian supermodel was spotted in Costa Rica with her Jiu-Jitsu instructor. Post their divorce, Gisele got to keep their luxurious Costa Rica vacation home, where she has been vacationing with her new man Joaquim Valente.

Gisele Bündchen lands a sack on Tom Brady with her new defensive skills

The supermodel has been a paparazzi favorite, even more, post her big divorce announcement. Recently, she was in Costa Rica, grabbing a bite, along with her rumored boyfriend and both of Tom Brady’s kids. Gisele looked happier than ever as she lounged about the streets of Provincia de Puntarenas. Her divorce from Brady seemed inevitable since the rumors first broke out. However, it isn’t clear whether the Jiu-Jitsu instructor was the one that knocked out Tom Brady from his marriage. Joaquim Valente is one of the three Valente brothers that run the Valente Brothers self-defense studio in Miami.

Gisele posed with the other two Valente brothers, Pedro and Gui, for a magazine shoot earlier in 2021. She even acknowledged the trio in an Instagram post. Her caption makes even more sense after her recent spotting.

Tom Brady even acknowledged her martial arts practice in a Twitter post like a proud husband. Brady tried to be witty as he tweeted, “My days of leaving dishes in the sink are numbered”. Little did he know his days as her husband too were numbered. Brady’s PR team came to his rescue as they deleted this tweet very recently. This will definitely save him from the memes that could follow. It’s now evident that Gisele was clearly having ‘too much fun’ at training for Brady’s liking.

The world now definitely knows that Gisele has a type. For whoever was trying to work their luck post-her divorce, if they aren’t an athlete, things aren’t looking great for them. Joaquim Valente looked like he bonded with Tom Brady’s kids in the photos that were released. This also shows that this wasn’t a very recent development. While Tom Brady has been the master of offense, it looks like the self-defense master has shown Gisele the way to tighten her defense and usurped the legendary quarterback.

Tom Brady has looked the best version of himself on the field post their divorce. The ex-couple seems to have flourished individually post their amicable separation. The duo will continue to raise their kids as a unit. It’ll be interesting to see Tom Brady’s take on his ex-wife’s newfound love and if he too moves on as quickly as her.
