Emmanuel Acho slams Aaron Rodgers’ powerful behavior

Emmanuel Acho, a former NFL linebacker and author, commented on Aaron Rodgers’ behavior on his show. He expressed concerns over one key aspect. “One thing he’s doing that I don’t necessarily like, recruiting former players that he played with previously that can no longer play the game at a high level,” Acho remarked.

The former star pointed out Cobb’s signing by the Jets, despite no longer being at his peak performance, indicates Aaron Rodgers has been given too much influence over the team’s decisions. “Randall Cobb is not the same of old, for the Jets to sign Randall Cobb leads me to believe they’re giving Aaron Rodgers too much power,” he noted. Acho believes that this behavior may be a cause for worry.

All about A-Rod’s wish list

Aaron Rodgers had a list of former teammates that he wanted the team to sign. It included Robert Tonyan (signed with Chicago Bears), Allen Lazard (occupied by Jets), Marcedes Lewis (currently a free agent), and Odell Beckham Jr. (recently signed with the Baltimore Ravens).

As the conversation goes forward, Acho argues –  Tom Brady has been given more leeway in bringing in players to the team, like Antonio Brown and Rob Gronkowski. He questions whether Aaron Rodgers is given the same leeway and suggests that perhaps it’s because of his performance or lack of off-field issues.

LeSean McCoy agrees Aaron Rodgers has earned respect, but argues that GM/Coach should discuss adding better players to help the team. He points out that many of the players Rodgers has mentioned may not be of the required level to make a significant impact on the team.

Per McCoy, the Jets may be bullied, and they need to be more dominant in building a stronger team. He points out the Packers as an example of what can happen when a team doesn’t take action to improve its roster. But can A-Rod make the magic work? Time will give a certain answer!

Anthony Pettis’ quote “Attitude determines efforts” upholds a sports-centric ideology that attracted me to this vibrant world of team spirit, enthusiasm, and emotions. More specifically, it was the UFC domain that encouraged my strive as an avid follower. Soon I found myself resonating with another divergent sport- the American football. Ironically, just like UFC, its in-game energy brought out the calmness within me. This aspect, eventually, led me to step into the arena of writing, and I cultivated a love for NFL through words, stories, and experiences. Precisely, I have come to enjoy watching QB of the Bengals, Joe Burrow, take on the field and exhibit his magic. It is his serenity and accuracy during the match that inspires me to narrate the insider scoop on the player's thoughts and feelings. This allows my articles to contrive on three pillars—facts, analysis, and opinions. Throughout my journey, hence, I have covered varied aspects of the matches, from the core sport highlights to the off-court banter. I believe this connection to the NFL game on so many levels has become my reason for generating over 700 articles, hoarding the interest of thousands of readers, and achieving Publishing Rights at EssentiallySports. Away from the NFL enthusiasm, I spend my time glued to the screen watching other sports and gaining beneficial knowledge.
