Tom Brady is perhaps the most successful quarterback in the NFL. The quarterback’s seven Super-Bowl titles speak for themselves. Despite the extensive silverware lining his shelves, Brady does not shy away from praising his teammates.

Giving credit where credit is due, Brady was vocal in his appreciation for a former teammate. Speaking on his podcast, ‘Let’s Go,’ Brady praised former Patriots centre Malcolm Butler’s game-winning interception in the 2014 Super Bowl. Playing against the Seattle Seahawks with the score 28-24, the Patriots emerged victorious with Russell Wilson’s interception. Could it have gone the other way around if the Seahawks had chosen to run the ball? That statement consists of a lot of ifs and buts that can be analysed to no end.
