As opposed to last year, the Bengals start the 2020 season with renewed optimism and hope. A lot of that stems from the arrival of the rookie quarterback, Joe Burrow, in the offseason.
Burrow was magnificent in 2019 while playing for LSU. He threw for 5,500+ yards and completed 60 TDs last year. Based on the initial analysis of the 23-year-old’s offseason prep, it will be safe to assume that he is in line for a strong debut in the NFL.

Cincinnati Bengals’ AJ Green is gearing up for a crucial season in the league this year. Head Coach Zac Taylor is expecting his star wideout to come through when the season starts this week.
“[Having Green back] is huge. He’s one of the best receivers in the NFL. To see him live and in-person for really the first time this training camp is significant for our team. It gives us an enormous weapon out there on the outside that people are really going to be concerned about.
“He and Joe [Burrow] have formed a nice connection and good chemistry, so we are excited to work him back into the fold and have him for Week 1,” Taylor said in an interview.
