Regardless, the Buccs were excellent defensively. Lavonte David was a stop-machine, completing 8 tackles solo. The defensive unit was the highlight of the Buccaneers game, but the offensive unit could not convert on the advantages the former provided.

Tom Brady makes no excuses

The loss against the Rams put Tom Brady in the hot seat. An interesting statistic showed that Brady had more picks in the past 11 weeks in 9 than he did all of last season. While the Buccs have a decent 7-4 record so far, the statistic is an indictment about Brady.

What’s more, Antonio Brown suffered yet another disappointing performance. He had 1 rushing attempt of 1 yard. That was a bad performance from the controversial star.
