“Got to Get them Fixed”- Tom Brady Accepts Inefficiencies in the Side After Disheartening Loss to LA Rams

Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost a close game to the Los Angeles Rams on Monday. The loss is one of their only 4 from the season. After 11 games, the Buccs have a 7-4 record this season.
On the offensive end, the Buccaneers did not have a stellar night. The best player on the rushing end was Ronald Jones II, who averaged 2.4 yards on 10 rushing attempts.
Tom Brady had an uncharacteristically poor passing night. He averaged a 54% passing completion, completing only 26 out of 48 passes. However, he did throw 2 passing touchdowns.

Regardless, the Buccs were excellent defensively. Lavonte David was a stop-machine, completing 8 tackles solo. The defensive unit was the highlight of the Buccaneers game, but the offensive unit could not convert on the advantages the former provided.
The Rams had the lead coming into the fourth quarter. However, the offensive unit not able to get a field goal in the final quarter. The defensive unit was able to hold the Buccs offense to a field goal. But the fourth-quarter rally was not enough to get the Buccs a win.
Tom Brady makes no excuses
The loss against the Rams put Tom Brady in the hot seat. An interesting statistic showed that Brady had more picks in the past 11 weeks in 9 than he did all of last season. While the Buccs have a decent 7-4 record so far, the statistic is an indictment about Brady.
What’s more, Antonio Brown suffered yet another disappointing performance. He had 1 rushing attempt of 1 yard. That was a bad performance from the controversial star.

Tom Brady spoke in his post-game press conference about the loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Brady did not make any excuses about the loss, but gave props to the defensive unit for keeping the team in the game.
Brady said, “Yeah, tonight was very inefficient. Not a very good job in the second half. The defense played great, coming up with huge stops and getting us the ball back.

“And offensively, we just couldn’t make the plays that were necessary to be efficient, and we had plenty of chances so got to get them fixed.”
The Buccaneers will be hoping to bounce back after the tough loss to the Rams. They play the Kansas City Chiefs in what will be an interesting contest between Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes.
