Green Bay Packers fans would not have anticipated in their dreams how much English popstar Harry Styles has been a fan of the franchise. The former member of One Direction has never been one to shy away from talking about the Packers on any occasion. Styles joins a list of well-known celebrities that are Packers fans like Justin Timberlake, Lil Wayne, and Jodie Foster.

During his 2020 interview with NPR Music, Styles was hanging behind the Tiny Desk discussing his favorite football team.

He states, “When I was 6 years old, I fell off my bike, cut my knee, and bled green and gold…Actually, when I started to travel to Los Angeles, I would stay with a friend who was from Appleton, Wisconsin. So those were the first games I watched. And we used to play like Madden, and I would always play as the Green Bay Packers. They are also the only NFL team, owned by the fans, so you know I like that.

Another clear sign of his love for the team was revealed during the interview. Styles has a special tattoo of the team’s logo on his left upper arm.

While he was annoyed about the tattoo looking similar to the Georgia State logo, Styles shares a unique story. In 2012, Styles had blindly bet on the Packers to win a game, and get their logo tattooed, but they ended up losing the game, to his dismay.
