Deshaun Watson is off the game for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy. On November 28, they will entitle him to complete restoration and will play his first game in Week 13 at Houston. But the QB1 is in the franchise’s practice facility on a limited basis, and Kevin Stefanski was happy to see him in.
