Last night, Aaron Rodgers & co ended the perfect record of the Arizona Cardinals. The match was a close affair that required last-minute heroics from rookie CB Rasul Douglas to separate the two sides. The match ended 24-21, in the favor of the Packers.
Earlier in the match, Aaron Rodgers and Aaron Jones combined to give a substantial lead for the Packers. Rodgers in particular led the team very well with 2 touchdowns and 184 yards. His performance was not the only reason he was trending last night.

Despite missing out on their starting receivers and defensive coordinators, the Packers survived the relentless onslaught from the Cardinals’ offense. Rodgers post-match acknowledged this and iterated how proud he was of his team to eke out a win against the divisional leaders.
“This is a scrappy team. This is a tough, physical, gritty team. I’m so proud of our guys,” Rodgers told FOX Sports’ Erin Andrews. “Without our defensive coordinator, without MVS, without the best wide receiver in the league in Davante Adams, (and) Allen Lazard, our do-it-all guy.… To have these guys come out and play the way they did, I’m so proud of them,” he concluded.
