The former New England Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady, and tight end, Rob Gronkowski, had unmistakable chemistry together. Their amazing gameplay together helped the Patriots win insurmountable success. Also, collectively, they both won four Super Bowl rings. And fans saw their magnificent coordination in a match where showed his proficiency as a QB and Gronk did something that caused a timeout.

The New England Patriots faced the Kansas City Chiefs in October 2018. When the Patriots lined up against the Chiefs, Brady noticed Gronk’s position. It was in a blocking stance. Tom Brady wanted Gronkowski to switch out of his regular stance. This happened in the second quarter of the game.

The seven-time winning Super Bowl QB wanted to make the change. He opted for the simplest way; which was to shout at him what he wanted. He yelled, “Gronk, stand up.”
As one must do what the NFL GOAT wants them to, Rob Gronkowski obliged and stood up. Even after directing Gronk with the instruction, he called a timeout. Because he did not like what he saw in the Chiefs’ defense. The NBC microphones caught the humorous moment.

Tom Brady explained what exactly went on in his mind
After NBC caught the magnificent moment on the microphones, Tampa Tom talked about it in his weekly interview with WEEI’s Kirk & Callahan. Brady said, “The formation was for him to be in his stance, but based on something I saw, I just wanted him to stand up and just make sure he had good body presence on [Dee] Ford…Ford was screaming off the edge most of the night.”

On Instagram, the video is making rounds. And fans are commenting on it. One wrote: “Of course, they’re practically best friends” Of course, Gronk would listen to his buddy Brady. Another user commented, “First time seeing this, it’s funny. Notice how Tom called a time-out. He knew the fact that Gronk didn’t line up prop the also, wouldn’t execute the right play. This play the IQ genius Of Tom Brady.”

The New England Patriots defeated the Kansas City Chiefs by a 43-40 score. It was a game packed with drama.
