However, there were talks about the QB being a no-show with his teammates. With his preferred destination in hand, Rodgers has had all his wishes fulfilled in the offseason, increasing the ever-growing pressure to win a Super Bowl. And, negating all such sentiments, Rodgers was seen with his helmet on this time.

With the pressure mounting, it seems like Aaron Rodgers is all in on his championship goals this season. After years of neglecting team responsibilities, and not working on team bonding, Rodgers is starting to turn things around in his New York stint, and fans couldn’t be more excited. With his Jets boss buying into his Aaron Rodgers stocks, he is ready to level up his teammates’ grades.

For years, Aaron Rodgers drew criticism for his disengaged commitment to his team in the offseason. From his fitness levels to his disinterest in team volunteering duties, the QB maintained a distance from his team, leading to a palpable lack of chemistry. But after skipping Organized Team Activities (OTAs), prior to last season, Rodgers is here to set the ball straight this season.

Owner of the Jets, the $3.6 Billion dollar team mastermind Woody Johnson posted footage of Aaron Rodgers attending the OTAs prior to the start of training camp. The QB had skipped out on this voluntary bonding camp prior to the start of the compulsory team training camp in prior years. But he’s certainly proving his dedication to changing the narrative surrounding him by showing up for his team and teammates in the offseason. 

Jets fans are in disbelief over Rodger’s total commitment

As fans poured into the comments of Woody Johnson’s post, they were struck by disbelief seeing Rodgers attending OTAs after his years of neglect in the recent past. With a guarantee of total commitment from their QB being upheld by Rodgers, fans couldn’t hold their excitement seeing Rodgers and Co dawn Jets gear heading into the first official team activity. 

A fan in the comments couldn’t believe that Aaron Rodgers finally showed up to OTAs. 

“He actually showed up for OTA??? Wow. It’s a miracle”

Another fan was excited to see the official offseason training for the Jets squad kicking off. 

“It has begun 🔥😍”

Fans also took note of Rodgers dawning the old NFL helmets that he’s famous for. 

“That helmet screams veteran.”

One fan also commented on the odd chinstraps that Rodgers dawned as part of his Jets gear. 

“I was really hoping he wasn’t going to wear that stupid chinstrap anymore”

How will the Jets’ season goes is yet to be seen. Whether it crashes and burns like the Broncos after attaining Russell Wilson, or takes the team to unbelievable heights, is anyone’s guess. But one thing is for certain. Aaron Rodgers is ready to change the narrative around him. For the first time in a while, Aaron Rodgers is ready to do whatever it takes to surmount the insurmountable peak of winning a Super Bowl.
