Brady, who is known for his superhuman work ethic, is also a leader on the pitch. His infectious desire to win spreads to his Bucs teammates who in turn upped their game.

“I’ve never seen somebody so prepared. Like at the beginning of the year he was intense… We get to the playoffs. The intensity jumps up even more. And then the Super Bowl. He was like crazy different. I mean, it can’t be any other level. It’s just a whole another level.”

While McCoy is no longer in the mix, the Bucs still have sufficient talent to manage their ground game. With players like Leonard Fournette and Ronald Jones II, the franchise is still a formidable force while carrying the rock.
